Hev brødet i en brødpose

Vi anbefaler at du bruker en brødpose når du skal heve brøddeigen. Ha brødformen i brødposen, blås inn luft og lukk igjen. Luft fra lungene er både varm og fuktig. I sum er dette det perfekte klima for å heve en brøddeig!

STEG 1: Når brøddeigen er ferdig eltet holder den en temperatur på ca. 27 °C  (maks)
STEG 2: Slå opp brødet og legg det i en brødform
STEG 3: Ta frem en brødpose
STEG 4: Sett brødformen inn i brødposen
STEG 5: Se til at brødposen er stor nok til at posen kan lukkes
STEG 6: Lukk posen og lag åpning med pekefingen slik at du kan blåse luft inn i posen
STEG 7: Blås brødposen full av luft
STEG 8: Lukk posen med en poseklype
STEG 9: Brødet er klar til heving
